I am an energetic 68-year-old woman who loves babies, kids and pets. I raised four successful children. After managing a flooring store for 22 yrs, we moved to Indianapolis, closer to family. For 3 1/2 yrs I worked for College Park Elementary School as a librarian assistant (awarded Employee of the Year in my second year). I resigned in May 2025 allowing more free time. I have seven grandchildren ranging from six months to 10 yrs. I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, loving and empathetic . I love to teach- enjoy their excitement in play, learning and fun. It's an honor to share my experience in caring for children. I was active in my children's schools serving as PTA president for one year. I like reading, walking my dog, spending time with my kids, grandkids. One thing you should know about me is I am a hard worker, loyal and dependable. My skills include caring for twin babies, my love for singing and I have a way connecting with babies and kids.

We had a great experience with Carol caring for our kids. She was punctual, polite, and very easy to communicate with. She was dependable and very kind. And most importantly, she was patient and attentive to our kids' needs, keeping them engaged with activities and helping make sure routines were followed. She played games with them that encouraged their physical and mental development - and she made it fun! We will definitely work with her again!
