Hello! My name is Carol, and I am currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the Berlin-Boylston School District. I have dedicated several years to working with children in various environments, including the YMCA, clinics, home settings, and now schools. My approach to babysitting emphasizes a blend of learning and play, ensuring that children not only have fun but also engage in educational activities that promote their development. I have over a year of experience specifically working with children with disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), which has deepened my understanding of their unique needs and how to support their growth effectively. Additionally, I am certified in First Aid and CPR, which allows me to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children I work with.
