Hello there, I am a Master's degree social worker, but I have many years experience with kids. I am an excellent driver, having no tickets or incidents in over 30 years. I am between jobs now. I like kids a lot. I have lived in Hancock county my entire life, except school (Purdue/ IU/ Ball State. ) I lived on a dairy farm growing up. I have loved social work, mostly though teaching for my agencies. So alot of work with kids, preschools, later educating adults. I've reared my own kids, and babysat for many nieces, nephews and neighbor kids. Especially when kids are young, they just need their needs met. Older, they need to know their rules and boundaries to be safe. But flexibility is also important. Mostly they learn by playing, and exploring. Being read to, or independently would also be encouraged.

Carol has watched my daughter (age 1) a few times now. I know she’s safe and well cared for, and they always have fun! She takes her time with her during drop off to make sure it’s smooth and my daughter has a chance to acclimate. She has plenty of toys for her and does a good job baby proofing. My daughter is a finicky sleeper, and she even got her to take a nap! Carol is sweet and nurturing, and I will definitely hire her again.
