With five years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide compassionate, reliable care that brings peace of mind to families. I maintain a patient, calm demeanor, especially when de-escalating stressful situations or redirecting attention for those experiencing memory changes. My services include meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. I prioritize clear communication through daily written reports, phone calls, or texts to keep you fully informed. Most importantly, I always respect the autonomy of those I support while ensuring their daily needs are met. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure a safe environment.
