About Carol

I am a nurturing and experienced childcare professional passionate about fostering the emotional, social, and cognitive development of young children. My goal is to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that encourages learning and discovery. Working with children brings me so much joy-there's nothing more rewarding than watching them explore, grow, and learn. My journey in childcare began in college as a summer camp counselor, and since then, I've had the opportunity to work with children in various settings, including public schools, preschools, as an Activities Director, and a gymnastics instructor. This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of child development and how to create meaningful learning experiences tailored to their unique needs. In my free time, I love to read, craft, and spend time outdoors kayaking and hiking.
