About Carol

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my passion. With seven years of Early Childhood experience as a Certified teacher, I specialize in Math, English, Art, and Special Education. I believe every student has unique potential, so I prioritize building confidence over simple memorization. By observing how children interact with new material, I tailor my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, and open dialogue. When concepts feel challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to keep momentum high. Clear communication with both children and their parents is vital to my process, as it ensures we are always working toward your specific goals. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to creating a supportive, engaging space where you feel excited to learn.
