Carol is a nice lady who did wonderful with my son at first. She had so many health issues so we went from a nanny in our home to in hers to have help from her spouse because she had trouble lifting my son. I feel the issues came from a lack of communication between me and her on both parts. She was very helpful with my young son when we where on the same page.
