With eight years dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, I'm deeply committed to their well-being and independence. Previous experiences have solidified my desire to positively impact their lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide respite care, transportation, and mobility assistance. I also handle meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and medical management. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I communicate through written reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred method. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I earned a graduate degree.
