Hi there! I am taking a year off from my job as a public school teacher (5th grade!) and would love to take care of and spending time with your little ones! My educational background includes a masters degree in teaching and a bachelors degree in sociology- both from UVA. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have 3 years of teaching experience as well as multiple years of paid childcare experience before that. With my experience I feel comfortable caring for four or more children (from infants to teens) at a time. I am also very comfortable helping with homework/tutoring in a variety of subjects (including Spanish). I grew up with (and currently have) a lot of different pets so I would love to help with care for household pets/pet sit!
