About Caroline

Hi! I'm Caroline! I'm a caring, patient, and dependable person who truly enjoys working with kids. I have 11 years of babysitting experience and 6 years of experience working in a child care center. I've cared for children of many different ages and love getting to know each child's personality and needs. I am currently pursuing my elementary education degree and I am set to graduate Fall 2027. I believe in helping children build independence at whatever stage they're at. Whether it's letting a toddler try something new, helping a preschooler make choices, or encouraging an older child to take on more responsibility, I want to support them while letting them learn and grow. I enjoy crafts, reading, playing outside, games, and finding fun ways to keep kids engaged. I'm also happy to help with meals and bedtime routines. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and caring environment where kids feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged. I'd love to get to know your family!
