About Caroline

We hired Caroline to take care of our 5 month old boy full-time while we awaited our daycare start date. I can't say enough wonderful things about her (including that we thought about declining daycare to keep her - we love her so much!). Caroline is responsible, punctual, and always asks what she can do to help. She's been incredibly flexible when our schedules require it, and is generally lovely to be around, But perhaps most importantly, our son absolutely adores her and vice versa -- she is so natural around little ones and I can tell how comfortable ours is around her. She handles his entire day without any oversight and works around us (we both work remotely in a small space and she is super flexible on where and how she plays with him). She works on his development, makes him laugh, and is overall such a shining light. When I called her references, they told me "you can't do better than Caroline," and I couldn't agree more -- we love her and know she'll be part of our lives for many years to come!
