I am just finishing up my first year at Michigan State and am looking for summer work before I leave again at the end of August. Caroline has been outstanding! She’s been with our family (mostly with our 2.5 year old twin girls but has helped with our 8 month old twin boys as well) through this summer & we are really going to miss her. Highly recommend her! She is patient (aith a capital P) kind,& creative. She’s quick to redirect, reword, encourage and make a situation go smoothly. She picks the girls up from daycare & has started helping us with potty training too. There isn’t enough room to share how great she’s been!
