About Caroline

I am a College student staying and working in the area this summer. I was previously a certified EMT and lifeguard with 4 years of experience providing childcare, I've had the privilege of supporting families and providing reliable care for their little ones. I have a passion for childcare and am hoping to work in the medical social work field. I believe in open communication with parents, and I make sure to provide regular updates about their child's day, if wanted. If any issues arise, I address them promptly and work together with the parents to find solutions. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules consistently, always keeping the child's best interests in mind as well as the parent's wishes.
