About Caroline

Hello! I'm Caroline (I go by Carrie) and I am interested in providing transitional care for new mothers from hospital to home. I am also happy to care for newborns once home, if you discover you need help once you're there! I am a mother of three and have been a nurse in Mother/Baby (Postpartum), Labor and Delivery, and High Risk Obstetrical Care for nearly 20 years. In my experience as a maternal newborn nurse, I have had several parents express a desire for transitional care to help them ease into having a new baby at home. I would love to help you do this in the safest and most gentle way possible! I am CPR certified as well as NRP (Neonatal Recessutation) certified. I am nationally certified as an RNC in Maternal Newborn Nursing, and have provided care professionally in my nursing career, and personally for family and friends.
