Caroline has a kind, patient and gentle manner that is a great help with younger children, those living with disabilities, elderly care and those tough years of preteens and teens. Knowing her for over ten years, I have watched her progression into adulthood and her incredible ability to connect with others, dedication to humanitarian programs and impressive time management skills are something I am continually amazed by. As she is new to the Wilmington area, I would catch her while you can! She is the type to go 'above and beyond', which is a rare nowadays.
