About CAROLINE

Learning should be an exciting journey, and I'm here to guide you! With over 15 years of classroom teaching experience, I can tutor students of all ages in Science, History, and test preparation. I can also tutor K-8 math, english and reading. I hold a college degree in science and social studies education and aim to create a supportive learning environment where you or your child can develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I adapt my teaching by listening to my students and varying my strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I keep my students motivated by connecting topics to their interests, breaking down problems, and encouraging curiosity. Communication is key, so I prioritize open dialogue to understand needs and build trust. The most rewarding part for me is seeing your "aha!" moment and watching your confidence grow. I would love to use my skills to help you or your child succeed.
