Caroline nannied our newborn infant for 2 months while I finished my last year of my medical residency. I was a first-time mother and going back to work was made so much easier having Caroline to put my mind at ease. She was attentive to my baby girl and communicated when anything was changing with her while I was at work. I felt so comfortable leaving her in Caroline's care. My daughter was calm and well cared for and I could tell that Caroline cared so much about my baby. For example, when my daughter was aging out of the nipple size on the bottle, Caroline was attentive to why feeding was making her fussier and took the initiative to increase the nipple size- this helped me and my husband so much as we had been struggling with feeds for a while! She is a very smart and attentive caregiver. Her experience in childcare is evident in her confidence in handling a baby, swaddling, feeding, burping, and changing. She is very adaptable to different families, I hope you hire her!
