About Caroline

I have over 10 years of experience working with children, from infants as young as 6 months old through teenagers. My background includes babysitting, working as a camp counselor, and serving as a case manager for young families. I love working with kids because they bring so much joy, creativity, and fun into every day. Children naturally connect with my silly and playful personality, and I love making them laugh, doing projects together, and creating positive memories. One of my favorite parts of working with children is helping them see their own potential while giving them a safe space to share their thoughts, feelings, and stories. I genuinely enjoy listening to them, and supporting their growth and confidence. I am very outgoing and kids naturally are attracted to my playful energy. This fall, I will be entering Master of Social Welfare program, where I will be specializing in the mental health and well-being of children and families.
