About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as optimistic, creative, and adventurous! I like working with kids because they remind me of the joy and whimsy in life, and how the smallest things can be a key to open the biggest imaginations! I'm looking for a job that can offer consistency and flexibility. A job that doesn't expect me to be the mother, but an aid in development and structure. I started working with kids at 15 and babysat every weekend. I'm also an aunt and work with middle schoolers in my church. Fall of 2025, I moved to Barcelona as an au pair for nine months. In my spare time I like to be with my family, bake, play tennis, knit, catch up on reality tv, plan fun girls nights and workout! One thing you should know about me is I want to build relationships that are more than just surface level and would love to be more of a big sister to your kids than just a nanny! Trust and open communication are key. My skills include CPR, communication, problem solving, and health and hygiene
