About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as passionate, patient, and caring. I like working with kids because I like knowing that I am making a difference. I love to watch new skills grow and flourish. Kids have a unique and beautiful perspective on the world, which reminds me that nothing is ever quite as bad as it seems, and I am always capable of growth and change, even when it is scary. I started working with kids when I was 16. My experience started with teaching music to kids ages 2-6. I started babysitting and nannying when I was 18. In my spare time, I like to make and listen to music! I also love to read, go on hikes, and spend time with my friends and family. One thing you should know about me is that my mind moves a million miles a minute! I am constantly very aware of what is going on around me and what needs to be done. My skills include emotional awareness, great communication, and an ability to think on my feet and adapt with ease.
