About Caroline

Caroline was a live-in caregiver and companion for my mother-in-law, J, for several years. During that time, she provided full-time care and support, including cooking, light cleaning, errands, transportation, personal care, and accompanying J to medical appointments. J had dementia and was also being treated for cancer, and Caroline helped her navigate both with patience, compassion, and dignity. Caroline is patient, kind, dependable, cheerful, calm under pressure, and always optimistic. She formed a genuine bond with J and brought warmth and comfort into her daily life. She worked seamlessly with doctors, nurses, and hospice staff, and kept our family well-informed every step of the way. We always felt reassured knowing that J was in her capable hands. When Caroline needed to travel, she even arranged alternative caregivers and coordinated with us so that J was continuously supported. I truly feel that Caroline was an angel sent to us exactly when we needed her most. She not only cared for J, but also cared for our entire family, providing peace of mind and stability during an incredibly difficult time. We maintain contact to this day, and I think of her as family. I wholeheartedly recommend Caroline as a caregiver. Any family would be fortunate to have her — she is a remarkable person who treats those in her care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
