About Caroline

Hi! I'm Caroline! While I haven't done traditional babysitting, I've worked with children since I was 16 and have over 7 years of experience. As a camp counselor, I've worked with kids ages 5-12 and supervised teens on field trips. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through games, outdoor activities, crafts, and quieter indoor activities. I'm also comfortable caring for toddlers and infants if we're a good fit. I'm CPR certified, First Aid trained, and certified in medication administration. I have reliable transportation and am calm, patient, kind, and fun. I'm confident handling behaviors by setting clear boundaries while building trust and respect. My goal is to create a safe, positive environment where kids feel supported and parents feel comfortable. I'm ideally looking for 25-40 hours/week and $20/hour per child, though I'm flexible and open to discussing an arrangement that works for your family!
