About Caroline

Hi! I'm currently in graduate school studying Speech-Language Pathology at The University of Tennessee, and I have a strong background in working with children of all abilities. I have experience caring for individuals with special needs, and I'm a certified Tennessee respite worker. I also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a year, supporting children with behavioral and developmental challenges. I am also CPR and First Aid Certified. My approach to babysitting is warm, attentive, and tailored to each child's unique needs. I'm passionate about communication and child development, and I bring both professional training and hands-on experience to every family I work with. I'm available during the week after 3:30 p.m. and on Saturdays, though my availability may shift slightly depending on my clinic and class schedules.
