About Caroline

Hello! My name is Caroline, and I am a responsible, diligent, and capable caretake eager to help out you and your kids. I have a Master of Science degree from GU in Computational Linguistics and an undergraduate degree from University of Pittsburgh with majors in Linguistics and English Literature and a minor in Korean. I am transitioning to a new job and am looking for part time gigs to support myself in the interim. In my 10+ years of experience I have worked with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism at Friendship Community and have spent weekends and summers nannying for local families with children ranging from newborns through grade school. Most recently, I cared for two 6-yr olds and two 8-yr olds doing pick up from school, homework, dinner, getting ready for after-school activities, etc. I have a car and CPR / first aid training, am comfortable with anything learning or tutoring-related, and love to listen to and play music.
