About Caroline

Hi! I'm Caroline, a recent Northern Arizona University graduate with extensive childcare experience. I've babysat throughout my life and worked as both an NAU Summer Camp Counselor and Camp Supervisor, where I led activities, supervised children and staff, communicated with parents, and helped maintain a safe and positive environment. I'm responsible, patient, energetic, and organized, and I love keeping kids engaged through games, crafts, outdoor activities, and creative play. I'm comfortable managing routines, meals and snacks, multiple children, and light tidying. I'm looking for a family I can build a positive, trusting relationship with!
