About Caroline

Hi--my name is Carolina, and I am a responsible and reliable caregiver with almost 7 years of experience caring for infants as young as 2 weeks old. I have experience as a nanny, including nanny share care, where I supported the needs of two babies from different families at the same time--experience that has strengthened my ability to multitask, stay organized, and balance multiple routines. I've also worked as a night nanny for newborns, providing overnight care, supporting feeding routines, and helping establish healthy sleep habits. In addition, I'm experienced in safely transporting children to activities such as classes, parks, libraries, and museums. I'm also big on communication and believe in working as a team with parents to ensure consistency, trust, and the best care possible for their child. I have a loving and caring approach with babies, and I find it incredibly rewarding to watch their growth and development--seeing them reach new milestones is the best part of my job
