About Caroline

Supporting growing kiddos has always been natural for me, starting to babysit at a young age. I started watching the children of family friends on date nights during high school, to working in the early childhood development classroom at Arizona State Universitity in college, teaching 4th grade students, to now working at a high school as a social worker. With a graduate degree and 10 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, my background includes Early Child Development coursework and current CPR Training. I'm happy to prepare meals, help with light housekeeping, provide swimming supervision, and even carpool. I enjoy playing board games, outdoor sports, and educational games. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate updates at pickup or via text, depending on your preference.
