About Caroline

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. My five years of childcare experience have solidified my desire to positively impact young lives and support families by providing reliable childcare. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules, and I always communicate using their preferred method. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and even technology-based games with children. I have some college experience, Early Childhood Education (ECE), and Early Child Development coursework. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm comfortable caring for children and am willing to help with light housekeeping. I have worked as a camp director as well as an after school care employee.
