About Caroline

My name is Caroline , and I have been a childcare provider for over six years. I've nannied for children aged 2 to 19 (references available) & have experience working with children with autism, developmental delays, & physical disabilities. In summer 2024, I interned at the DOJ in juvenile services as part of the youth empowerment program. Additionally, I worked under the Consumer Direct Care Network of Virginia for about three years. A little bit about me! I graduated from CNU with my BA in criminology, sociology, & political science (Spring 2025 Grad)! I am highly enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with children. I strive to create an environment where they not only achieve their developmental milestones but also have opportunities to explore the "why's" of the world around them.
