I specialize in dementia care, post-operative recovery support, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). My background has given me extensive experience supporting individuals with a wide range of physical, emotional, and cognitive needs. I believe quality care goes beyond meeting basic needs. I enjoy incorporating holistic wellness activities such as aromatherapy, games to encourage mental engagement, safe and gentle exercises, and meaningful companionship into daily routines. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where clients feel comfortable, valued, and supported.
