Hi there! I have spent the past 3+ years working full time for a professional nanny agency in Nashville & recently moved to SC. In total I have 6 years of experience, primarily with kids 0-5 years old. I'm highly skilled in infant & toddler care & am well versed in developmental milestones. Creating activities to help achieve these milestones is one of my favorite things! I tend to lean towards Montessori style play & love finding fun activities to help your kiddo develop all while having fun. Some of my areas of expertise include: introducing solids, planning outings & activities, establishing sleep routines, CPR/FirstAid certification, healthy food prep & basic housekeeping. Caroline is the absolute best nanny we have ever had and we tried 2 others before we found her! She is simply amazing! I’m a first time mom with all the anxiety of leaving my little one in someone else’s care but she by far exceeded my expectations. If I had gotten Caroline as my first nanny I would have cancelled my spot in daycare to keep her! She’s knowledgeable, responsible, respectful, honest, and on time! Legit would hire her over my own parents if she wants to babysit for us! She takes excellent care of your little one, sends pictures, and pays attention to their developmental needs. She truly loves children and does a great job!
