About Caroline

Empowering students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With over 16 years of experience as a certified teacher, I specialize in creating supportive environments where students master Math, English, Science, and essential study skills. I hold a graduate degree and maintain familiarization with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). I believe in fostering a love for learning by breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps. By utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and open communication, I adapt my methods to suit your child's unique needs. Whether we are preparing for tests or building critical thinking skills, I celebrate every small success to keep motivation high. I prioritize building a collaborative partnership with families to ensure long-term academic growth. I am truly passionate about watching my students gain the confidence they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
