About Caroline

I'd describe my personality as organized, empathetic, and dependable. I'm looking for a family that needs a helping hand and someone they can trust. I want both parents and kids to feel confident and at ease with me. This summer, I worked as a preschool assistant teacher in a classroom of around 18 children ages 3-5. I regularly supervised and cared for the children and, based on required teacher-to-child ratios, could be the sole teacher responsible for groups of 12-14 children. I am also certified in First Aid and CPR. I started working with kids in high school, helping teach dance classes and run summer camps. I also spent about six years at Green Family FunZone, where I ran children's birthday parties. As an undergraduate at Ohio State, I value academics, reading, and learning. I bring that into childcare by creating a positive, supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and encouraged.
