About Caroline

Caroline has been our nanny / babysitter in different forms for almost 2 years. She is warm, patient, positive, steady, reliable, and great with kids. She has worked with our 2 kids from ages (5,7) to (7,9) and has worked with them through the best of times and the worst of times (in their behavior). She has had fun with them and worked with them through school projects and helped their literacy. She has adapted to our feedback and in the challenges has given us ideas to help through some behavioral issues and has worked through them herself while prioritizing a positive and safe relationship with them. As our kids have matured and our neighborhood has congealed, we don't need as much support as we needed a few years ago - otherwise we would be keeping her fully occupied. She is a great find to the next family that finds her.
