About Caroline

For over 17 years, I've been dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families by providing reliable care. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I hold a college degree and have training in Early Childhood Education (ECE), First Aid, and CPR. I can care for up to three children, aged newborn to 11. I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games with kids. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate updates through verbal communication or via text/phone call, based on your preference. As a nanny/household manager I'm happy to help with any cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable with pets. I speak English and Portuguese. I am eager to bring my experience and passion for childcare to your family, creating a nurturing and fun environment for your little ones.
