My motivation stems from a genuine passion for supporting their well-being and independence, and providing families with peace of mind. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, with current CPR and First Aid Training. I focus on understanding each individual's preferences and history to build strong connections. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written daily reports and according to their preferred method. My approach is compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I truly believe in making a positive impact, and I look forward to bringing my experience and caring nature to your family.
