About Caroline

Hey there!! My name is Caroline and I am currently an EMT and in school working towards a nursing degree. I am passionate about working with kids and helping support families through childcare so am looking for work nannying/babysitting while in school. With 3 years of childcare experience and having multiple little siblings that I grew up taking care of, I am well equipped to handle the challenges that come with childcare. I am big on open communication with parents, and will regularly provide updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on preference. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. I love incorporating lots of outside time and interactive/learning games and activities. I am comfortable and equipped to help with meal times/prep, cleaning, helping with transportation, bedtime/naptime routines, etc.
