About Carolina

My name is Carolina, and I truly enjoy working with children. I studied Business in college and have many years of experience caring for kids of all ages. As a mother of three young adults, childcare has always been an important part of my life. I also served for many years in my church's children's ministry as a teacher and caregiver, helping create a safe, positive, and structured environment for children and families. I am organized, patient, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure. I can manage routines, supervise multiple responsibilities, and help children feel comfortable and supported. I am also trained in CPR, AED, and First Aid for infants, children, and adults. Spanish is my first language, and I am currently improving my English. Although I am not yet fluent, I communicate well and understand instructions clearly.
