About Carolina

Hello! I've been working with kids for 5 years now. I spent one year at a daycare center, one year as a behavioral therapist working with kids who have developmental challenges, and am currently working in Educational Therapy. I believe all this experience has instilled a deep-seated passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. I find immense satisfaction in fostering their physical, social, and intellectual development. I believe in open and consistent communication, providing regular updates to parents about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I also prioritize following the parents' preferred communication method and household rules to ensure a harmonious and comfortable environment for the children in my care.
