About Carolina

I'm Carolina! I've been a nanny for 5 years and looking for a full time, long term family! I'm an outgoing, energetic, motivated person who does well with a high needs family! I enjoy house management duties and have experience with grocery shopping, food planning, cooking, errands, etc. I love to be very involved with a family and help holistically. I jump in wherever a family needs help! I specialize in young children/toddlers and have a lot of behavior management experience! My childcare philosophy comes from a Reggio-Emilia style, that believes children are capable and competent! I love to include children in every day tasks to grow in their independence and follow their natural interests to guide our play. I love to be outdoors and prefer walks or parks to indoor activities! I also do not have the Covid vaccine/ am not willing to get it :)
