Carolina was an incredible nanny and we were fortunate to have had her caring for our boys for the past 4 years. She has a ton of experience caring for children, which is very apparent through her interaction with the kids, her communication to us as parents and the tips and tricks she brings for just about everything. She always pushed the kids to learn new things, be independent and supported them in their development. She helped the kids learn how to dress themselves, potty train and learn basic age-appropriate life skills. She helped us maintain structure and schedules in our home and understood the value in this. My kids absolutely love her, but they also respected her, and I think that says a lot about her nanny style. She was extremely reliable and always willing to go the extra mile for our family. She was very patient with the boys and always had fun activities planned like baking, crafts, science experiments, play dates and outdoor adventures. She was a true blessing to our family and I cannot recommend her enough.
