Carolina is hands down the best caregiver we have ever had. She is like family and we trust her completely. Carolina was with us for almost 2 years and has been reliable, punctual, respectful, flexible, and helpful to us as parents.  She is proactive in thinking through schedules, needs, and personalities of the kids and ensuring they have an enriching day with both exercise and calm activities. We constantly hear from other families and Nannies who see her out with the kids about how wonderful she is with them. The bond she has formed with the kids is so heartwarming and we are so sad to lose her due to a move. Before bed when I ask my kids “who loves you?” They reply “mama daddy and Carolina!” And my kids love her too. I absolutely and unreservedly recommend Carolina as a nanny. 

Carolina was absolutely wonderful as our nanny. I recommend her as highly as possible! She has our complete trust and always did an outstanding job. Every day, she had our kids outside, and often attended activities at the library, playground, and community center. Carolina was a very safe driver for trips out of the immediate area, including some very fun trips with nearby playgroups. Our kids always had a great time. After their trips out, Carolina would cook a healthy lunch, and often would make a special meal for the family after work. We will miss her cooking almost as much as her incredible work as our nanny. 

Carolina was very reliable. We were never once left to scramble for child care in the year and a half we worked with her because she was always arrived on time, and gave a lot of notice for the rare occasions where she had an appointment. Our kids adore her and if we weren’t moving we would never part ways!

Carolina has been my son’s nanny for the past year and a half. I can’t say enough nice things about her: she’s extremely reliable, patient and gentle, easy-going and fun. She always had a fun activity planned for the day and frequently made amazing healthy meals, not just for my son but enough for the whole family. She took difficult tasks, like potty training, with a positive attitude. I always came home to a happy and relaxed kid, and that is priceless. 

Carolina has been taking care of our newborn and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She is punctual, responsible, warm and so caring. She is super vigilant and stays on top of even the most minor issues involving the baby. She loves to carry him around, walk with him outside, play with him and do regular tummy time. If I request anything, she always follows through. A truly wonderful nanny. 

Carolina was amazing with my 5-year old son who is autistic and nonverbal. She is nurturing, creative, and patient with him each day, taking him to local playgrounds, preparing meals, and suggesting new activities he would like. He is excited to see her each day, and so am I! 

I am writing to recommend Carolina for a childcare position. 
During her time with us, Carolina has consistently demonstrated exceptional patience, and kindness towards our children (Age 5 and 2.5). She got them ready for school in the morning, ensured they were dropped off on time, and picked them up afterwards. During the afternoon, she took the kids to the playground, and played with them (pickle ball/soccer) or did home activities with them (arts and crafts).  
She was reliable, and flexible in her working hours, for instance, would come earlier depending on our schedules. She also helped me with other things around the house (meal prep/laundry). 

We have really enjoyed working with Carolina, and my children will miss her. We are hiring an au pair and thus our needs are changing.

Carol, is a wonderful nanny. She has been picking up my kids from school and taking them to their activities. She is very responsible, she is always on time! We are very happy we have her!! 

We hired Carolina to take care of our 8 month old daughter. Carolina did great! Our daughter is very picky but loved Carolina spirit. Carolina was easy to talk to, straightforward, and was a great communicator - responding to texts and messages regarding our daughters care. She took our daughter for a short walk to enjoy the outdoors. We would definitely hire Carolina again.

Carolina has done a wonderful job taking care of our 7 month old. She is experienced with babies and our baby instantly took to her. She is kind and fun, and our three year old also enjoyed playing with Carolina. We look forward to having her over to babysit again soon. 

Carolina cared for our 2 year old for a few months in 2023. She has significant experience with this age group and is patient, dependable, kind and caring. She likes doing things outdoors, and took our daughter to the playground or walks almost every day. We would love to keep her on however unfortunately she's had to relocate and her commute would be too long.

Carolina was amazing and provided great care for my two little girls. I will be hiring her for many jobs in the future. :)
