Carolina is a exceptional caregiver she has been with us since my daughter was 5 months old and shes 3years now. She's educated and. Creates structured routines outside of the house and was able to attend swim lessons as well. Carolina being bilingual has also been able to speak with my daughter in Spanish which was excellent. I highly recommend her.
