Carole is a truly terrific nanny. She's been with us for a year and the only reason we are parting ways is because we are moving out of state. She has been a dedicated, professional, loving nanny to our toddler son, handling everything from meal prep to laundry to napping to creative play and activities. My son loves her, and so do we. She's a calm and loving presence in the face of my stinker son :) . He loves to resist nap and she's patient and kind, coaxing him to sleep. She gently corrects him when he inevitably tests boundaries. She's always searching for new fun adventures and activities to take him on. And she's been a stable presence in our lives, going above and beyond to help us with extras at every step of the way, including caring for our dog while we were out of town and taking the train repeatedly to PA to help us as we transition into a new life. I simply can't recommend Carole enough - whoever is lucky enough to hire her will feel the same.
