Carol was on time everyday and remained flexible to my work schedule. She played an important part of my moms recovery spending about 50 hours a week helping my mom to and from bathroom making sure she didn't fall. She assisted with bathing and changing moms clothes. Carol maintained a COVID safe environment around the house as part of her daily routine. She also maintained a schedule for moms pain medication and other pills. Carol also took mom to and from her doctors appointments. I could never have worked and took care of my 79 year old mom after she fell if it wasn't for Carol's help. She has my highest endorsement for anyone seeking a home care worker for your elderly parents.
