About Carol
Experience: 20 yrs
Nurturing the growth and development of children has been my professional focus for 20 years. I hold a college degree that informs my approach to fostering a supportive, educational environment for children ages newborn to 11. My primary motivation is to make a positive impact on young lives while providing families with reliable, consistent care. I am a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver who enjoys engaging children through outdoor sports, puzzles, and educational games. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to welcome pets into our daily routine. I follow your lead regarding household rules and am dedicated to maintaining open communication through your preferred method. Since I am an experienced caregiver, I look forward to partnering with you to ensure your children feel safe, happy, and inspired every single day. I truly love helping children reach their full potential.

Carol is an absolute gem! Her energy and passion for kids shine through in everything she does. My tough toddler warmed up to her right away, and she is equally amazing with babies. When my 4 month old refused a bottle, which was so stressful, Carol was confident she could make it work. Thanks to her patience and effort, my baby finally took it! She was a total lifesaver for our daughters at 4 months and 3.5 years old. Anyone is really lucky to have her. We love Carol and recommend her 100%!
