I am an experienced housekeeper who enjoys cleaning. I am available Monday thru Friday and weekends if needed. I have been cleaning homes over 10 years. I have references and my own car. I have lots of energy and I am very dependable. I currently live in Wilmington Delaware but I am originally from Long Island New York. I love Pets I have one cat myself. I consider myself detail oriented and also possess an excellent work ethic.

I recently had the displeasure of trying to obtain information about rates and availability through the Care chat. I was met with assumptions and dismissiveness by Carol. It felt as if she had already made up her mind about what I needed without any details. The experience left much to be desired. 

We enjoyed services from Carol until she stopped showing up. No Phone call letting us know why she did not show up, and did not return any phone calls.  Strongly suggest people take heed of reviews prior to hiring.

I left messages never called me back... always an excuse

Carol rushes through her cleaning routine missing the basics. Although she is friendly she is not dependable

Carol has not followed the simple direction to call me for an interview. Rather than call as she said she would she continued to waste my time with messages  on Care.com. Not even dependable enough to show up for an interview. I will not hire someone who can not be depended on!

I met Carol, and was  able to schedule a cleaning even with her full schedule. Carol is punctual, kind, and did a wonderful job- she is super flexible and will work with your schedule. I was also super grateful, she worked with mine- especially nap time with my one year old! Thank you Carol!

Carol has been cleaning for my family for a few years. She is very reliable and pleasant to have around, and is always eager to help tackle different tasks around the house (fold laundry, throw in a load, etc. that aren't necessarily part of her usual routine with us) I leave my jewelry and medication out and NEVER have to worry that anything will go missing - we have had problems with others stealing in the past. Carol had some issues with her mom recently, but she let us know she had to rearrange. We appreciate her willingness to be flexible for us when we have guests or need her on different days. We love Carol!

We hired Carol to clean our home.  The first time she was supposed to show up, she texted me mid-afternoon to explain that her mother was in the hospital.  The second time we confirmed the time the day before, but she never showed up or told us what happened.Carol had great references and seemed very nice in person, so it is really unfortunate that she no showed twice.

Carol is so nice! She is eager to please and happy to conquer any task I ask of her. I look forward to her visits. Always cleans my floors and bathrooms nicely. Because it's still difficult for me to stand for prolonged times Carol happily tackles my pile of dishes, makes up my beds and vacuums.

Has been working for me as a house keeper for almost 3 years.  Very friendly, outgoing, and above all does a great job too!

Carol is very friendly. She asked about all the things I wanted when she was going to clean. She was on time and brought all her own cleaning supplies. The house is was spotless. I would recommend her to others for sure. 

I hired Carol to clean my house. She is a very nice person. I was very satisfied with her work. 

I would not hire again or recommend.  She was late and/or a no show throughout the time period she worked for us.
