Carole was a truly wonderful addition to our family during a very special (and busy!) season of life. She joined us in the late stages of my pregnancy and supported us through the transition of welcoming our third baby. Carole integrated seamlessly into our home and formed immediate, genuine connections with our children. Our 2-year-old daughter took to her right away and always looked forward to their time together — they spent lots of time reading and watching the birds at our backyard feeder, and Carole was especially thoughtful about encouraging her language development. She also cared for our older son around his preschool schedule and on days off, and he absolutely adored her. Our son loved building forts and playing imaginative games with his “friend Carole.” Carole is warm, kind, and incredibly easy to get along with. She communicated consistently and professionally, and was always thoughtful, responsive, and collaborative. She was also very intuitive with the kids — helping us think through things like teething, minor illnesses, and ways to support their overall development and happiness. We always felt completely comfortable with Carole caring for our children and truly appreciated the genuine care and affection she showed them. She often went above and beyond in thoughtful ways, like bringing books and gifts for the kids. We’re very grateful for the time Carole spent with our family, and would wholeheartedly recommend her to another family, and look forward to continuing to have her babysit for us in the future!
