I contacted Carole (Toni) about 9 a.m. this morning to see if she could watch my daughter this evening starting at 4 p.m. She returned my message right away and was there promptly at 4. She did a very good job with my daughter, made sure she did her chores, homework, and was fed. My plans were cut short so I got home earlier than expected but was very pleased. Thanks Toni!
