Hi I believe animals are part of a family and need to be treated with special care. Animals have been part of my life my whole life and I have always treasured them as a source of joy. I now have a large rescue dog that is a great companion to me. Previously I had cats. But over the years I have helped with walking dogs, and also taking care of animals while families are on vacation. Depending on the circumstances, I can come into the home, feed and care for your pet ( including walking a dog 3-4 times a day) and visit for a little while. Oftentimes a pet feels most comfortable in its own surroundings. In special circumstances, if I really know the dog and it would get along with my dog (and is house trained), I may keep the dog with me. I live in the Bronxville/ Yonkers area.
